Vintage 19830s-40s- Blue Cotton House Dress V Neck White Flowers, it has no openings and missing belt, but otherwise in great condition. Hard to Find! It reminds me of the rash of 1940s dresses I have seen on movies like " The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society"- what a great film!
